Three bells on the dress
A-maze-ingly Lost has a named Bell accessory count. The minimum is 3, supported by the shown Bell 4/3 row and the walkthrough's explicit “at least three” instruction. Four is the example's current count, not a new requirement.

Attach actual bell accessories after sewing. A bow accessory or a bow-shaped skirt does not replace the Bell count. Recheck the named row after changing decoration rather than counting everything visible on the dress.
Milkmaid, flutter and bow skirt
Use the milkmaid bodice, flutter sleeves and bow skirt as the starting pattern route. The walkthrough recommends cotton as a budget-conscious choice for the Cute and Playful brief.
Inspect the cotton's current tags rather than assuming every cotton item will reproduce the screenshot's scores. The source does not establish a fixed fabric quantity, exact colour requirement or guaranteed total cost. Leave room for the bell purchase when planning materials.
The example still fails Quality
The shown dress has Playful 123/50 and Cute 130/50, yet Quality is only 50 against the required 80. More bells will not address that missing making score. Check measurements and mannequin setup, cutting grain and sewing accuracy.
If already sewn, identify what needs repair using the rework guide. The screenshot does not identify the cause of its low Quality, so do not assume a particular cutting or sewing mistake occurred.
Finish checklist
Confirm Bell at least 3, Playful at least 50, Cute at least 50 and Quality at least 80 on your own card. Keep the successful accessory check, repair the remaining failure, then finish and use Complete Commission. Neither the red example nor a later green making card proves customer acceptance by itself.
