Colour rules: allowed lists, only-colour, bans and shares
| Commission | Client | Documented limits | Short route |
|---|---|---|---|
| Flamboyant Funeral | Prudence | Glamour / Elegant; avoid black | Treat it as a colour ban, not a funeral habit: sweetheart bodice, flounce sleeve, mermaid skirt, velvet with white lace. Players report black sent back on Prudence's early funeral order. |
| Fierce Funeral | — | Use only black; Formal / Gothic / Professional | Every fabric entry must carry the black tag: elevated sweetheart, pointed collar, flounce sleeve, professional skirt; Black Corduroy or Wool Pinstripes. A black-and-white print name does not prove the black-only tag — check the item card. |
| Respectful Funeral | Marie | Black at least 50%; Formal / Simple / Elegant | A share, not an exact number: heart princess bodice without sleeves, bias-cut or apron skirt, Onyx Black Silk as the main fabric so the black share clears half. |
| Vegetable Empire | — | Cute / Playful / Workwear; 3 different colours | A colour count, not a colour list: apron skirt with ruffle apron, milkmaid or apron bodice, short puffed or butterfly sleeves in cotton, then confirm three separate colour tags across the design. |
| Carrot Promotion | Edith | Daywear / Elaborate / Playful; use only yellow, orange, green | An allowed list, not a three-colour quota: elevated scoop ruffle bodice, fable collar, flutter sleeve, single tiered skirt; cheap cotton keeps the costume order affordable. |
| Love Labyrinth | — | Gothic / Romantic / Cute; white; tight budget | White lace as the main fabric, expensive silk kept small: front lace stays, chanterelle collar, Mother of Pearl skirt. Watch the running total instead of a fixed recipe cost. |
| Marie's Wedding | Marie | Elaborate / Formal / Eclectic; 3 different colours | Three separate colour tags across the design, formal shapes: elevated stays, whirlpool collar, tiered sleeve, godet skirt; sequins and prints can each carry one of the colours. |
| Never The Bride | — | Black / Elaborate / Risqué / Glamour; Flowers (Max) 0 | Keep the Flowers score at 0: belladonna bodice and collar, slit sleeve, corset skirt. Avoid fabric or accessories that increase Flowers; the shown maximum is a score limit, not a blanket ban on every flower-shaped decoration. |
| Moonlight Wanderer | — | Elegant / Warm / Romantic; use only white, grey | Two allowed colours, not one: Delilah bodice, fable collar, capulet sleeve, coat skirt; silk and lace inside the white-grey list keep Warm up. |
| Raven Rising | — | Eveningwear / Glamour / Elegant / Gothic; use only black, blue, green | The list allows, it does not require all three: cinched keyhole bodice, belladonna collar, godiva sleeve, tulip hip skirt; silk with lace inside the three-colour list. |
| Gala Supporter | — | Eveningwear / Eclectic / Glamour; purple 50%; Trim 20 cm | One colour share plus a plain Trim length: cinched keyhole bodice, whirlpool collar, godiva sleeve, kaftan skirt; silk, velvet or sequins with purple as the main colour. |
| Crowning Glory | — | Elaborate / Formal; yellow 25% and white 25%; Trim 10 cm and Lace Trim 10 cm | Two colour shares and two different trim rows checked separately: ruched sweetheart, widow's peak, Gabriel sleeve, basque tiered skirt; silk and sequins. A documented example shows Yellow 63/25, White 36/25, Trim 135/10, Lace Trim 30/10. |
| Dark Emissary | Vivian | Gothic / Elaborate; yellow 25% and black 25%; Trim 10 cm; 3 jewels | Two colour shares plus two separate accessory checks: front lace stays, godiva sleeve, viper skirt; then a plain Trim length and three jewel accessories counted apart from the trim. |
Material and fabric rules
| Commission | Client | Documented limits | Short route |
|---|---|---|---|
| Nocturnal Glamour | — | Gothic / Risqué / Glamour; velvet | A material requirement with a style set: corset bodice, Juliette-Bishop sleeve, Mother of Pearl skirt; Amethyst Purple or Starry Night velvet covers both the material rule and part of the style ask. |
| Sporting Chance | — | Simple / Playful; cotton at least 60% | A material share, not a cotton-only rule: princess scoop bodice, short puffed sleeve, single tiered skirt; gingham cotton as the main fabric so cotton clears the share with room for a second fabric. |
| Art Appreciator | — | Glamour / Gothic / Risqué / Elaborate; sequins at least 50% | Make sequins the main body fabric, not a garnish: corset bodice, bell sleeves, corset skirt. A documented example reached Sequin 100/50 with all four style rows green. |
| Spring Fete | Marie | Eveningwear / Elaborate / Romantic; use only silk | Only silk, so save metres in the pattern: front lace stays, pleated drop sleeve and a frill route that uses little fabric while keeping the three style tags up. |
| Librarian Conference | — | Quality 70, Professional 50, Formal 25, Daywear 30; linen at least 25%, wool at least 25% | Both materials have a real floor, not just presence: each of linen and wool must reach at least 25% of the fabric. Elevated princess bodice, double ruffle and bow collar, flounce sleeve, pencil skirt; plaid plus separate wool and linen entries, then watch both percentage lines. |
| Comfortable Coffin | Vivian | Cool / Gothic / Risqué; use only silk; tight budget | Only silk on a small purse: pick the simple, low-metre twilight-hour bodice and skirt with pleated drop sleeves instead of buying volume. |
| Dressed Down | — | Cool / Elegant / Eclectic / Patterned | A mixing example, not a free-fabric pass: kaftan wrap bodice, slit sleeve, twilight-hour skirt; burlap carries negative tags, so pair it with a patterned silk and read the live values. |
| Bold Tigress | — | Elegant / Glamour / Risqué; sequins 10%; use only black, orange | A low sequin share, so one panel can be enough: cinched keyhole bodice, whirlpool collar, godiva sleeve, twilight-hour skirt; put sequins on the bodice or the skirt, not necessarily the whole dress. |
| Daring Heist | Adora | Glamour / Playful; sequins at least 25%; 3 different colours | A material share plus a colour count: cinched keyhole bodice, whirlpool collar, flutter sleeve, bow skirt. A documented example shows Sequin 100/25 and Different colours 4/3. |
| Both Of Us? | Rose | Cool; use only cotton | Cotton-only, no silk top-up allowed: kaftan wrapped bodice, butterfly sleeve, twilight-hour skirt in cotton; meet Cool inside the cotton shelf alone. |
Accessory types, counts and lengths
| Commission | Client | Documented limits | Short route |
|---|---|---|---|
| Biographer's Interview | Edith | Daywear / Risqué / Glamour; 1 brooch | One named accessory type as a counter: cinched keyhole bodice, pointed collar, long cuffed sleeve, straight long, circle or princess skirt; velvet for Risqué and Glamour, linen or cotton for Daywear, then place one brooch and check the counter line. |
| Pidgeon Adoption | — | Warm / Eclectic / Sophisticated; a jewel or a brooch | One accessory from an either/or list: coat bodice, mandarin collar, long cuffed sleeve in a warm eclectic velvet. The requirement row stays at 0 until a jewel or brooch is actually placed on the dress. |
| Phoenix Costume | — | Glamour / Risqué; feather accessories | Cinched keyhole or corset bodice, bell sleeve, corset skirt in sequins or silk, then feathers. The walkthrough says 'a couple of feathers' without a verified minimum — read your own card instead of trusting a number. |
| Hedge Camouflage | — | Daywear / Eclectic / Flowers; green 40%; walkthrough suggests 3 flower accessories | Green share, the Flowers score and placed flower decorations are different concepts. Start with kimono bodice and flare skirt in green floral cotton or lace. The walkthrough suggests three flower accessories, but its shown card does not establish a separate accessory-count row — follow the requirements on your own order. |
| A-maze-ingly Lost | — | Playful / Cute; at least 3 bells | A named accessory count: milkmaid bodice, flutter sleeve, bow skirt in cotton to save budget, then three or more bells placed on the dress. |
| Precious Pigeon | — | Eclectic / Patterned; 4 different fabrics; 5 tassels | Two different counters: four separate fabric entries (not four material types or four colours) and five tassel accessories. Cinched keyhole bodice, mandarin collar, godiva sleeve, scallop skirt; patterned fabrics may share a material. |
| Beloved Ox | — | Professional / Cute; bows | A style clash solved by shape: elevated princess V bodice, fable collar, peasant ruffle cuff sleeve, waistcoat skirt; printed or pink linen, then bows. The exact bow count is on your card, not in the article. |
| Parental Guidance | Alice | Gothic / Elaborate; lace and jewels | Front lace stays, godiva sleeve, viper skirt with lace fabric, then jewel accessories. Lace fabric and jewel accessories are separate lines — check both. |
| Maid of Honour | — | Blue / Playful / Romantic; bows | Blue as the colour focus with playful shapes: milkmaid bodice, flutter sleeve, petal peplum skirt in silk, then at least 3 bows to meet the shown Bow requirement. |
| Constellation Inspiration | — | Romantic / Cute / Warm | Elevated scoop ruffle bodice, fable collar, Juliette-Bishop sleeve, frill skirt in velvet; the article suggests bows, flowers and lace trim as decoration, not as verified counters — follow your own card. |
| Opera Night | — | Eveningwear / Cute / Romantic / Elaborate; at least 5 bows; Lace Trim 10 cm | A count and a length are different rows: flared begonia bodice, angel sleeve, frill skirt in silk and lace, then five bow accessories plus a separate Lace Trim length. |
| Another Encore | Edith | Gothic / Glamour / Elaborate / Risqué; at least 5 jewels | Belladonna bodice and collar, Gabriel sleeve, split skirt; velvet, sequins, lace or silk, then five or more jewel accessories. |
| World Stage | Edith | Glamour / Risqué / Elaborate; at least 10 feathers; at least 5 jewels | Two big accessory counts on one dress: corset bodice, godiva sleeve, corset skirt in sequins. A documented example shows Feather 12/10 and Jewel 12/5 side by side. |
| Painted Dream | Prudence | Formal / Romantic; at least 5 flowers | Flower accessories, not floral fabric: ruched heart bodice, viper skirt, pleated drop sleeve, petal peplum; silk and lace, then five or more flower accessories placed on the dress. |
Tight budgets
| Commission | Client | Documented limits | Short route |
|---|---|---|---|
| Undercover Servant | — | Quality 75, Elegant 50, Daywear 50, Simple 25 on the shown card; the guide text says Workwear — check your own card | Cheap fabric carries the bulk, a little expensive fabric carries Elegant: elevated sweetheart bodice, pussybow collar, short puffed sleeve, princess skirt; a cheap cotton for the bulk of the dress, a small amount of Lace on Red Silk for Elegant. |
| Walking Billboard | — | Cute / Patterned / Playful | Low-cost patterned cotton does the work: milkmaid bodice, flutter sleeve, gathered tiered ruffle skirt; Strawberry Fields or Red Forget-me-not cotton. |
| Floral Romance | — | Eveningwear / Romantic / Flowers; control cost | Mostly cotton, a little silk: sweetheart bodice, widow's peak collar, pleated drop sleeve, basque tiered skirt; keep silk to the panels where its tag matters. |
| Secret Gallery Visit | Prudence | Cute / Patterned / Playful | Same low-cost cotton approach as Walking Billboard: milkmaid bodice, flutter sleeve, apron skirt; buy cheap patterned cotton and check the live tags. |
Style and shape briefs
| Commission | Client | Documented limits | Short route |
|---|---|---|---|
| Librarian Workwear | — | Professional; first commission | The tutorial order: measure first, then princess bodice with a collar, peasant sleeves, pencil, princess or straight long skirt; the Cool Grey Linen you already own covers Professional. |
| Studious Motivation | Alice | Romantic / Gothic; lace | Front lace stays, Juliette-Bishop sleeves, corset skirt in French floral black or ivory lace fabric — and the Lace Trim accessory is a separate line from lace fabric, the mistake most players hit here. |
| Chilly Overtime | Rose | Professional / Warm; Cute at most 20, Romantic at most 20 | The caps are ceilings, not targets: pick warm professional pieces and keep Cute and Romantic at 20 or below — even 0 is fine. Elevated sweetheart, pointed collar, long cuffed sleeve, coat skirt; Argyle, Tweed or Pinstripes. |
| Spirited Exercise | — | Gothic / Cute / Cool | Sweetheart bodice, widow's peak collar, fae sleeve; Lace on Pink Silk with a matching cotton keeps the three-way style mix up. |
| Exhibition Opening | — | Eveningwear / Romantic / Playful / Elegant | Sweetheart bodice, fae sleeve, widow's peak collar, wavecrest skirt; printed silk works, velvet or sequins are documented alternatives. |
| Secret Art Critic | — | Eveningwear / Formal / Romantic | Ruched sweetheart bodice, widow's peak collar, pleated drop sleeve, petal peplum skirt; Barbara Pink Silk, or lace with silk. |
| Goat Mediation | Marie | Patterned / Eclectic; keep Formal low | An at-most style, not a target: kimono bodice and godet skirt in Pink Kaleidoscopic or Yellow Cross Party embroidered cotton; check where your own Formal cap line sits before adding formal pieces. |
| Artistic Retreat | — | Daywear / Romantic / Flowers | A floral day dress: elevated scoop ruffle bodice, pussybow collar, butterfly sleeve, flare skirt; floral print fabrics carry the Flowers tag. Compare Floral Romance for the eveningwear version of a similar mix. |
| Midnight Warrior | — | Elaborate / Gothic / Glamour | Viper bodice and collar, Gabriel sleeve, Koi skirt; lace or sequins carry the high-drama style set. |
| Sudden Departure | Prudence | Workwear / Warm / Simple | Apron bodice, pointed collar, long sleeves, flare skirt; Brown Tweed or Blue Wool Pinstripes keep it warm and plain. |
| Diplomatic Outreach | Marie | Eveningwear / Eclectic / Glamour | Queen Anne bodice, bell sleeve, godet skirt; velvet or silk. The article repeats Eveningwear in its text, so read your own card for the real style set. |
| Sewn In The Stars | Priya | Elegant / Formal / Elaborate | Aurora bodice, widow's peak collar, Arwen sleeve, ruffle or oddette skirt. The article's text repeats one style name, so confirm the three styles on your card. |
| Peerless Dressmaker | — | Final commission; free design | The article calls this the final commission and describes it as a free design brief, so there is no constraint list to satisfy — treat it as the creative capstone after the story orders. |
How to read a requirements card
Every commission card mixes a few rule types. A plain number is a minimum — your bar must reach the marker. “At most” is a cap — your bar must stay at or below its marker. “Use only” bans every fabric or colour outside the listed ones: an off-list entry fails the row, not merely scores zero. Percentages are shares of the dress, and accessory lines count placed items or trim length. Quality is its own row: it comes from measuring, cutting and sewing care, not from fabric choice.

One more reading rule: a green row means the number currently passes. It does not mean the customer has accepted the dress — that decision happens at delivery.
What this index does not cover
These are the 54 named commissions documented in one long walkthrough, cross-checked against player threads where they exist. It is not proven to be the game's complete order list, and the documented routes are starting points rather than guaranteed recipes — your save's unlocked patterns and your current build decide what you can actually draft. Where a walkthrough sentence and its own screenshot disagree, the linked solution pages say so and follow the screenshot.
