Each material needs 25%

The two material rows are an AND condition: Linen at least 25% and Wool at least 25%. A wool skirt with a tiny linen accent may contain both materials and still fail the linen share. These are separate minimums, rather than a combined 25% wool-and-linen total.

The example reaches Linen 46/25 and Wool 53/25 separately. Professional 89/50, Formal 43/25, Daywear 68/30 and Quality 97/70 also pass. The two 25% targets mean more than simply including both materials. View full screenshot.

A professional wool-and-linen plan

The documented pattern is an elevated princess bodice, double ruffle and bow collar, flounce sleeves and pencil skirt. Use that structured route for the Professional, Formal and Daywear mix. Begin with wool on a main skirt panel and linen on substantial upper pieces, then check the two percentages as the pieces are added.

The walkthrough suggests plaid alongside wool and linen. Plaid is a pattern, not a material type: inspect the fabric entry to confirm whether it is actually wool or linen before relying on it for either row. Choose entries whose tags help the three styles instead of assuming that every plaid fabric counts toward both materials.

When both fabrics are present but one fails

If Linen is below 25%, increase its allocation to a meaningful piece; merely changing a small collar may leave it short. If Wool is below 25%, do the same for wool. Read both rows again after the swap, because expanding one material can reduce the other's share.

This card asks for two material floors, not “use only wool and linen”. Other fabric choices must leave room for both minimums, so the simplest plan is to establish the wool-and-linen balance first. A last-minute third fabric to raise Formal or Daywear can pull an already passing material back below 25%.

If the material rows pass but a style remains short, first compare another wool or linen entry with the missing tag. That preserves the material plan more directly than replacing a large panel with a different type.
