60% cotton versus cotton-only
| Order | Material condition | Other shown targets | Default route |
|---|---|---|---|
| Sporting Chance | Cotton at least 60% | Quality 75, Simple 40, Playful 35 | Princess scoop, short puffed sleeves, single tiered skirt; gingham cotton |
| Both Of Us? | Use only Cotton | Quality 80, Cool 50 | Kaftan wrapped, butterfly sleeves, twilight-hour skirt; cotton throughout |
The first condition measures cotton's share of the dress. The second checks the type of every fabric entry. A mainly cotton dress with one silk piece can still meet a 60% floor, but that silk piece breaks a cotton-only order.
Sporting Chance: gingham and playful shapes
Use the princess scoop bodice, short puffed sleeves and single tiered skirt with gingham cotton as the main fabric. This is the walkthrough's economical starting route for the Simple and Playful mix. Allocate the main panels to cotton and read the Cotton row after adding any second fabric.

If a style is short, a different fabric can be an option here, provided cotton still clears 60%. Do not assume a tiny cotton accent supplies the required share, or that every fabric sold with a sporty-looking print has the right type and tags.
Both Of Us?: Cool inside cotton
Rose's order uses a kaftan wrapped bodice, butterfly sleeves and twilight-hour skirt. Choose cotton entries that support Cool; the example uses plaid cotton. This time, a tempting silk or linen top-up is prohibited even if it would improve the style score.

If Cool is short, change the cotton entry or the contributing pattern piece. Use the Cotton type filter to keep the replacement legal, then compare its Cool tag rather than picking by price or print alone.
