Where preferences live in-game
Open the sketchbook's yellow tab for the customer list. Each customer's page shows her portrait card with preference lines and a Dress History of her past commissions. The cards below are the documented max-friendship versions of those pages — the same information you would unlock in-game by raising the relationship.
The ten customers
Each card shows the customer's documented preference lines. Dorothy's card shows no fabric line and Alice's and Vivian's show no accessory line — treat those as “none shown”, and read Fiona's “Other” as printed; its exact meaning is not confirmed.

Using this for gifts and orders
For a gift, match as many of the customer's lines as you can with the patterns and fabrics you already own, then give it through the photo screen's Gift Dress option — the full flow is in gifts & relationships. For a commission, the customer's card is background, not the brief: the requirements card on the order always wins when the two disagree.
The measurements are reference readings for setting up the mannequin — the fitting room's Load Measurement button can load a returning customer's saved body numbers onto the panel, but you still adjust the mannequin itself to match them for each new dress. They are not minimum scores a gift must reach, and copying them exactly is not a quality guarantee; quality comes from the measuring-to-sewing chain.
What this table does not say
These are one documented set of max-friendship cards, not datamined facts: the author notes that which patterns unlock from whom, and when, is not recorded, and this site does not guess at it. Order attributions come from the walkthrough and in-game Dress History entries where they exist; a customer with few named orders may simply be less documented, not less important. Fiona's “Other” accessory line stays unexpanded until the game or a future check explains it.
