The two accessory minimums
World Stage is Edith's dramatic performance order. The accessories are two separate counts: at least 10 feathers and at least 5 jewels on the dress. Fifteen mixed accessories are not enough unless the two named types each reach their own target.

A sequin corset route
Choose the corset bodice, godiva sleeves and corset skirt route, then use sequins to support the stage-gown style mix. Read each fabric's Risqué, Glamour and Elaborate tags before cutting. This is a style recommendation: the shown card does not add Art Appreciator's separate Sequin-percentage requirement.
If a style remains short, adjust the contributing fabric or pattern piece before treating the accessory stage as a cure for every row. Quality is also independent: a visually elaborate sequin dress still needs accurate measuring, mannequin setup, grain and sewing to reach its 80 target.
Counts and visible placement
Place feathers as one batch and jewels as another, reading Feather and Jewel after each batch. Accessories sitting in inventory do not satisfy the requirement. The example uses feather clusters on the sleeves, which is a useful starting arrangement when you want the feathers to remain easy to see.
A passing count does not guarantee an attractive placement. Inspect the front and side views before finishing; if a feather is buried in the sleeve or crosses another piece, adjust its placement and check the count again after removing or replacing it. The example is a layout idea, not a guaranteed fix for every clipping problem.
