What the order asks
The card combines three style minimums — Elegant, Glamour, Risqué — with a material share, sequins at least 10%, and a colour rule: use only black and orange. The documented route is a cinched keyhole bodice, whirlpool collar, godiva sleeves and a twilight-hour skirt.

One sequin piece can be enough
A share row follows how much of the dress the fabric covers, so at 10% the bodice or the skirt in sequins can carry the requirement alone — the walkthrough's stated plan is sequins on one of those pieces, not across the whole gown. Don't import the Art Appreciator habit of main-body sequins: that order asks for at least 50%, this one for a tenth, and every extra sequin metre is budget spent for no row.
Working inside black and orange
The colour rule checks every fabric entry, and that includes the sequin one: the sequin fabric itself must sit inside the list, so reach for a black or orange sequin entry rather than a silver or gold that would break the rule while feeding the share. With sequins spoken for, the remaining black and orange fabrics are chosen purely for the three style rows — read their tags, and if Elegant, Glamour or Risqué lags, swap a plain piece before touching the sequin panel.
