Purple share and plain Trim
The colour condition is a minimum share, not an all-purple restriction: at least half of the dress must count as purple. The accessory condition is a length: at least 20 cm of Trim actually placed on the dress. Buying a trim spool or adding a bow is not the same action.

A purple evening-gown plan
Use the named cinched keyhole / whirlpool / godiva / kaftan combination as your starting pattern. The walkthrough pairs it with silk, velvet or sequins. Make purple the main fabric colour rather than leaving it to a small collar: that gives the colour share room while the pattern and fabric tags serve the three style rows.
Choose among the three materials by the row your draft still needs. Read Eveningwear, Eclectic and Glamour on each fabric's card; the material name alone does not guarantee all three. If you use a second colour for an accent, check Purple again after that piece is added. The pictured 53/50 leaves only a small margin, so replacing a purple panel can undo the colour pass.
When the accessory row stays short
If the gown looks decorated but Trim remains short, check the selected accessory's type. Lace Trim belongs to its own row on orders that ask for it; Gala Supporter asks for Trim. Place the ordinary type, then read the length on this order's Trim row. Measure the requirement in centimetres, rather than trying to meet it with a number of decorative items.
If only Purple is short, fix the main fabric allocation before buying more accessories. Extra trim does not turn a non-purple fabric panel into purple fabric.
