How the 32 split
Most achievements arrive by playing the story and finishing every customer's commissions; a small set demands deliberate, expensive builds. The completion rates below are the platform's global player percentages at the time checked — a rarity signal, not a difficulty score.
Client milestones
Each of the ten customers has one achievement for completing all of her major commissions. The character reference lists who orders what; the commission index has the documented constraints per order.

Making challenges
Five achievements are making challenges rather than story progress. Three use strict thresholds — the official text says over 300 accessories, more than 5,000 gold and more than 50 m of trim, so hitting the number exactly is not the documented condition. The pigeon pair
Birds of a Feather, Frock Together (2.4% of players): complete all commissions received via pigeon — the pigeon's own list, separate from the story queue. Sucker for Punishment (2.6%): the official list gives it no description; the community achievements guide ties it to choosing the leech in a dialogue inside Vivian's pigeon request. The fifteen without public text
Fifteen achievements ship with no public condition text. They are listed here so you can match names against your own list — their triggers are not officially published, and this site does not guess at them. Progressing the story, finishing commissions and following the groups above is the documented way they fall.
